Optical Microscope
Capabilities
An optical microscope capable of brightfield and darkfield inspections. It is equipped with top and bottom illuminuation, 5 objectives (5X, 10X, 20X, 50X, 100X)and a high resolution camera. The captured images can be accurately measured using the image analysis software.
