 The EKA measures the surface charge of textiles and coarse particles (>100 microns to 10 mm) as well as flat surfaces (at least a 2.5x4.5 cm rectangle) exposed to a dilute aqueous salt solution. It can acquire surface charge vs. pH in an automatic titration.
