Description

The K & S Model 4124 gold wire ball bonder has the capability of wiring dies to packages or PCBs in a precise and regular pattern. It is stocked with fine pitch capillaries and one Mil pure gold wire. Extensive training is required for proficiency and should be arranged on a case by case baisis after initial training. A 24 hour advance reservation is required so that the work-holder can be installed.
