Description
Dell Precision 7920 Workstation with 128 GB of RAM and two Xeon processors and the latest version of the Xnovo GrainMapper3D software.
Capabilities
Using diffraction contrast tomography data (DCT) from the Zeiss Versa 620 the GrainMapper3D software will reconstruct 3D grains of at least 2 microns. GrainMapper3D is versatile, supports all crystal symmetries, and has successfully been applied to a wide range of materials including: metals, minerals, ceramics, and pharmaceuticals.
