Laurell Spinner
Capabilities
The PDMS Laurell Spinner is used to manually apply PDMS to flat substrates >2" diameter such as silicon or glass. NO OTHER MATERIALS MAY BE USED. ONLY PDMS is allowed in this spinner. It is NOT for photoresist. Contact NRF Staff if you would like to use this spinner. Email nrfinfo@mail.ufl.edu
