Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy (EELS) Workshop
The workshop will introduce the community to the Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy (EELS) technique and how it can advance materials characterization and research. This workshop will specifically show how Gatan's Continuum Spectrometer enhances the cutting-edge capabilities of the TEM Themis-Z.
- Lectures will cover the fundamental concepts of EELS and different materials applications.
- Practical sessions will cover live data acquisition and analysis in Gatan's DigitalMicrograph.
